Tailgate Information

A full three (3) hours before kick-off, we open and invite you to have a cocktail, enjoy a cold beer, glass of wine, soda, or juice; play games, or watch football on our two (2) big screen TV, and enjoy some great food from Grand Food & Beverage, our premier caterer of choice for all TCBC tailgate events. This year we will offer our tried and tested “hot off the grill” BBQ tailgating experience serving premium beef hamburgers, cheese burgers, seasoned grilled chicken, veggie burgers, lettuce & tomato salad, potato salad, pasta salad, fresh vegetables, and coffee and hot chocolate on cold evenings. For morning tailgating, you may experience our breakfast burrito, street taco menu option. Location: Same as last year; adjacent to the Space Shuttle building.

So you know, we are in discussions with the Athletic Department about increasing the Size of our Tailgate Space at the same location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The tailgate will close at the end of the 1st Quarter, and there will no longer be a post game tailgate. Again, this was necessary due to the space lease cost charged per event by the University.
We are located adjacent to the Space Shuttle Endeavour building, immediately west of the California Science Center building on the South Lawn.

Grand Food & Beverage, our caterer, will be offering a changing menu (lunch or breakfast depending on game time) from game to game, but the food will be made to order “hot off the grill”.
